The mattress arrived on time and delivery was great. The box was torn up and filthy, but the mattress was in perfect condition. It is a beautifully tufted well designed plush mattress. It is quite heavy, being 15” thick. It is extremely comfortable, with the perfect amount of plushness and firmness. It was time to replace my 2012 queen W Bed pillow top mattress (made by Beautyrest). Tried the Black hybrid cushion top (the W replacement) but it was much taller (13" v 14.5") which I did not like for my platform bed frame. Switched to the World Class non-pillow hybrid (13"), though I really liked that cushion top and I normally find foam beds too hot so was uncertain. I admit the first couple nights I wasn't sold but by night 3 I was sleeping like a baby again and wasn't hot. Because the mattress is 1/3 foam, it is heavier than my old mattress.. David89. I’ve owned this Beautyrest Plush Pillow Top Mattress for a while now, and it has completely changed the quality of my sleep. From the very first night, the mattress felt incredibly comfortable — soft and plush on top, but still supportive underneath. It has the perfect balance where you feel cushioned without sinking too deep. I wake up with far less back and shoulder stiffness, and I’m sleeping through the night much better than I used to. The motion isolation is also impressive — movement on one side barely affects the other side at all. It honestly feels like a luxury hotel mattress in my own home. The quality and craftsmanship are obvious the moment you lay on it. After months of use, it still feels supportive and has held its shape extremely well.
