This fryer is bigger than I thought I love the extended prep area on the side and the handle on the opposite side to move it. The containers for the fryer are big and it comes with two big burners, also it has the baskets or strainers with their clips to let the oils drip out of the food and an included thermometer to make sure your oil is at the right temperature. This deep fryer appears to be a good little fryer. I haven’t had a chance to actually use it yet. I will update my review once it is used. I was not able to put the burner part up correctly because I was minus one nut. I had enough, but it was the wrong one and did not screw on correctly. It doesn’t hold the burner part in place.
