I would absolutely recommend this couch. It came very well packaged with all necessary tools, and hardware. The only thing that I required was a screwdriver, but who doesn’t have a screwdriver The frame is very solid and well-made. Instructions were fairly easy to follow and I assembled it on my own without help. The cushions have straps to attach to the frame, but we’ve never had to use them as they fit quite securely within the frame, the seat cushions are very thick, but will soften overtime. It feels the back cushions are very soft and comfortable. One note is the couch color is more of an off-white. overall, this was a fabulous purchase and I am very pleased . Kelly. BC. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Really like this set but let me say the cushions aren’t as white as they look in the picture. Also the pillows do not stay nicely propped up either. They slouch constantly so I wish there was some sort of Velcro piece to keep them in place bc it sort of looks messy.
