We purchased two of these fans for our house. One is located over 20 ft in the air. The description stated the fan is reversible from the wall switch or remote. After the electricians installed these fans we found out this was not true. The only way to reverse the fan is at the motor and even with a four ft down rod it is 19 ft in the air. Honestly I haven’t had the chance to install this yet but I have several friends that have used these before and it didn’t seem to be difficult.
