This worked out well for our needs. Definitely not a one-person assembly job as some pieces either didn't align exactly right or needed someone else to hold pieces together so they could be attached. The holes in the door don't align very well so it's hard to attach a small lock to keep the door from swinging outward. Everything was labeled and the instructions (mostly pictures with directional arrows) were easy to follow enough. If you can assemble Lego sets, the assembly instructions were about the same method. Yes, you need a floor. Do measure the space before buying and cutting (tip - HD will give you one free cut on the giant board. Having it in two pieces makes it much easier to install inside). We also needed a ladder to assemble the roof. It is a bit flimsy though it worked well for us as we installed this in the small space between the house and fence, nestled up against another part of a fence that does not open. This was one of the easiest items that Ive ever put together! It was so easy that the setup did not require any tools whatsoever, which is always a plus. The items are engraved with labels for easy identification, and everything is just push-and-clip. After pushing together pieces, the quality of the storage product is good, as it is made of some sort of plastic-feeling material. The color is great I absolutely love it. I’m very happy with this shed overall. It’s very well made, feels sturdy, and was a great addition to my outdoor patio. The modern design looks much nicer than most storage sheds, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. It easily holds all of my patio equipment and outdoor supplies while keeping everything organized. The only downside I found is that the roof leaked a little where the back roof panels meet the side walls. It was a minor issue, but I sealed the inside with expanding spray foam and applied exterior caulk along the outside seam. Since doing that, it’s been completely waterproof and has held up well against the elements. Which is why I have it 4stars instead of 5. Other than that small issue, I highly recommend this shed. This is the second season I have used this shed. I LOVE it! It does not show any weathering and stayed nice and dry during our Wisconsin winter.
