Very happy with the colors I chose. Quality of material is high. It arrived pre-assembled in a giant box. It was well wrapped and there's not a nick or scratch on the chair. Since working from home I burnt through a $400 chair in 2.5 years. I decided to make the investment in a higher quality chair. So far when I sit in it my sciatica goes away and my body is just immediately comfortable. I'm only 5'3" and my feet can actually firmly be on the ground. Very happy that I went with the Gesture. The chairs appearance is exactly like the photos. It’s beautiful and elegant. Keep in mind - The only purpose for this chair would be for a massage. You can’t really use it as a chair to sit in and watch TV because it’s very firm and pretty uncomfortable if you’re not using it for a massage. The heat function isn’t that great. As far as the massage goes, it’s very nice. If you like a deep massage be prepared to be sore the next day because the intensity is pretty high. As a medium build woman this is a perfect massage chair, but I can’t imagine a muscular man being comfortable because my shoulder blades touch the side wings of the chair, which is where design doesn’t meet comfort. I haven’t used the speaker system so I can’t comment on that. If I was going to review the shipping on this chair, it would be zero stars because when I ordered it, it took over a month and a half to ship when on the website I was told id get it that weekend!. The chair arrived as scheduled, was easy to assemble. To be fair I've done probably 50 different chairs due to working in Hotels. The chair looks great and is fairly comfortable. There are a few things to note and consider that are not deficiencies. It is a large chair, and heavy duty. Because of this the lowest height is my standard setting, at this height, the arms will not go under my desk which has a drawer...probably 2" too high. It does not have any lumbar adjustment, no problem, just a note and for those wondering how thick the PU leather is, the answer is not very. If you have cats and they are allowed near this chair, di not expect it to remain nice. I had a claw mark the first day and covered it with a blanket...that helps but does not stop it. Lastly, the foot rest is ok, I don't love the style/design but it's functional. Also. How flat does it lay, it is not flat but it is a decent recline that one could nap in.
