The piece is beautiful. The draws do have soft close but the draws are very stiff. On the website in the dimensions sections the overall width indicated was 36. I called customer service prior to ordering to confirm the dimensions. Customer Service confirmed 36 after checking with the manufacturer. But upon arrival discovered this was not the case. Fortunately, my contractor was onsite and removed the countertop and niched the legs so that it could fit into the space. (Additional time and cost to my guest bathroom renovation).
