The slim-line design allows a minimum projection for a maximum unobstructed view. All the necessary installation hardware is included for a quick and easy installation. A Phillips head screwdriver will be required for installation.

These horizontal bit key Locksets by Prime-Line Products are constructed of diecast metal and stamped steel components. The housing and keeper come in a black-painted finish, and the door knobs and rosettes come in a brite brass-plated finish to match other existing brass-finished hardware in the home. These types of locking devices are surface-mounted and do not require any mortise pockets to be drilled into the door panel edge. All systems are keyed-alike, and spare keys are available upon special order. Keyed different are not available. These locksets are for use on interior doors only, but they cannot be mounted on doors with pre-bored holes for modern-day door knobs.

This Prime-Line Swing Bar Door Guard will increase peace of mind when answering the door by allowing the door to be cracked open slightly for viewing. When engaged, a ball on the keeper interlocks with the bar lock and prevents an intruder from pushing their way through. We have improved upon the standard door guard design and added an innovative backup thumb turn security lock that blocks the release tool from disengaging the door guard latch. In cases of emergency, hotel security or emergency crews can pop the thumb turn off of the unit by applying approximately 100 pounds of force to the door. (Note that 100 pounds of force is much greater than a simple kick in, so the emergency release feature does not compromise your security.) Additionally, after the thumb turn lock breaks away, the unit still operates as a traditional swing bar door lock and a specially designed Anti-Lockout emergency access tool is required to swing the door guard out of place.
