When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. This a beautiful faucet, sleek and tidy. It was fairly easy to install. The water flow is strong and the handle movement is smooth and solid. I liked that it included the drain assembly as not all of the faucets I looked at did. It arrived quickly after ordering.
