When I tried to return it cause I dont want to deal with nonsense, they want to make me pay for shipping. Very shady practices. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed).
