I was initially very disappointed as I ordered the rug in October of 2025 and it was backordered. Wayfair kept pushing the backorder date further and further back. I finally called and the customer service representative informed me that it was in stock, cancelled my order and had me reorder it. This is a very heavy rug that works well with many different neutral wall colors. It laid out nicely after two days and had no strong odor some new rugs have. We have one in the foyer and one in the adjoining dining room, and both look great. One word of caution- if you have pets that have accidents, this is not the rug for you. Different than I was expecting but in a good way! I ordered two of these rugs. The hooked pattern is slightly different between the two, but not really noticeable. The rugs are duller, drabber colors in person than on my screen, but I’m actually happy about that. I was concerned that the rug would be too pastel and cottage—y, but it’s a great mix and helps blend my sage green walls, navy blue vanity, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and walnut medicine cabinet and switch plates. I expected higher quality for the price I paid for a 9’ round carpet. I would have considered returning it but It was too big and bulky for me at 63 years old to try to repack it and carry it out to return.
