The matte white of the fan does look more of an off white compared to my stark white walls and furniture, which did scare me at first watching it be installed, thinking it may give off an older look, but once it was fully up it definitely gives modern and I love it. It’s very quiet and smooth—you don’t see the base move. The electrician didn’t report any difficulty installing it.
