I researched many mattresses before deciding on this one. It's for my guest room and won't get daily use, but I still wanted a good quality mattress, which this seems to be! The only issue I had was that even after four days of letting the mattress expand (much longer than what was recommended), the 14" mattress never made it above 12.5". Wayfair made it right though, and I'm pleased with this mattress.. Judy. Whiteland, IN. Mon Jun 29 2026

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

Overall the mattress isn't bad. Right now we are using the softer side but it's still pretty firm. It's supposed to be so that you can't feel your partner move but that's not the case at all. We went from full memory foam to this and we can feel every time the other person moves at all. My partner likes it but I'm not crazy about it and preferred full memory foam.. E.. Virginia. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For starters, the delivery process was seamless. The quality of the mattress is exceptional. It’s a beautiful fabric and super soft to the touch. It was really easy to set up on the boxspring and bedframe that we had in place. It fits standard sheets and bedspread for the size. Once it was set up, I had company that came and stayed and slept in my son‘s room on it they loved it, and it was super comfortable for their stay. My son also loves his new bed and has had many restful nights on it since he started using it. It’s the perfect amount of comfort and firmness.. Anonymous. Sun Sep 27 2026

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress online because I've always tested out options in store. The reviews were very helpful but ultimately what convinced me was the double sided use. I do prefer the softer white side of the mattress and can see the benefit of switching to the firmer side after years of use. After a week on the mattress I am SO glad I made the purchase.
