I would like to update and move to 4 stars plus, and giving 5 stars for service as the resolution earned 5 stars no doubt as I never seen such service from BCANHOME Customer Support Team. They made it right and I am very satisfied now!  Prior review This toilet is just ok. Was very difficult to install however that is partly due to the limited space we had to work with so I would not recommend a one-piece skirted toilet if you have a cubby hole location with walls on both sides of the toilet unless you are child size. We managed somehow to get it to work. The toilet base on this toilet wasnt formed right as the front has a gap to the floor and our floor is level, I checked.
