Toilet is nice. Came in with a broken seat. No issues receiving another one. The plastic parts to cover the holes in the bottom of toilet are horrible. Need to submit ticket for that. They came broken but didn’t realize it until later. Also the plastic pieces are white and spray painted and pain is completely coming off. Rating at 3 1/2 only because of the parts. Leonora. MI.
