This product was just as described. The blue wrapping was easy to remove and did a great job of protecting the surface. Installation went well but took some time. The vent hose was very large and had to be reduced to fit properly through the ceiling. The lights illuminate the kitchen with a warm light perfect for leaving on during the night for nightime visits to the fridge. The fan is too loud even on the lowest setting. Very disappointed! Purchased this item based on reviews posted unreliable. My main reason for purchase of this item was ease of installation and it offered a night light, however there was no parts list included so I have no idea what the wattage of the bulbs is or where to purchase for replacement. The bulbs do not screw in, they plug in. The top of the unit is not flat preceeding the front angle as shown in the diagram. The unit sticks out farther than the cabinet. Stainless formed with lots of up and down impressions which makes cleaning difficult. Need to cover with some type molding possibly. No Contact information or website for manufacture. This plus the LED lights on the COSMO range hood brighten my cooking area more so. My husband sauteed Brussel sprouts and he used the highest setting on the exhaust fan.
