Took me about 20 minutes just to get it out of the box and unpacked, then it took way too long to assemble. I have a bad back and neck and it’s not easy for me to sit on the floor for more than a few minutes at a time. There is a part of assembly with what they call the long axis (axsi is printed in the book) that is really frustrating because you have to remove their bolt and washers from one end to install and it is covered in grease. While the assembly was a literally a pain for me, using it seems like it will be worth it. The resistance control is a dial in the center below the monitor which is different for me but seems easy enough. I connected the wires from the monitor to the hand sensors bar the only way they would connect and I’m not getting a reading from it. Honestly that’s not a big deal for me as it does not affect my performance, but I’m sure I’ll have to look at it some more to make it work. I’m just too tired right now to care. I was a little intimidated when I first opened the box, it looked like alot of different parts. Thankfully what I thought was multiple pieces was actually just alot of packing materials, so this bike is seriously well protected in shipping. I was able to assemble it by myself and it has wheels on the bottom of one side so moving it wasn't hard. The bike has smooth peddling and the resistance is easy to adjust. I purchased this cute mechanical Sewing machine after my Singer machine of 45 years died. I am amazed at how streamlined it is! Instead of threading the top thread through 12 or more screw eyes, I only need to do three things. I prefer to use a written instruction book to learn and I found the Janome one to be alright for ME, a seasoned sewer, but it would probably be to brief and very confusing for a newbie. I had an issue where the wrong product was sent to me at first, but the company responded quickly about returning it and getting the proper item. There are multiple weights to mix and match, and all of the pieces that you put them on feel high quality. It's easy to switch out the weights, as well. The variety of them makes it feel easy to customize to get exactly the workout you want. One other thing, and I don't know if it was the fault of the mailing company or if it was how it was packaged, but my box came in completely destroyed.
