The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. I would like to see cupholders built into it in the near future, some seats in the corners seats about 5 inches tall , but other than that it’s perfect, it lights up very well at night the wife and I love it it’s definitely a five star. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. I love this thing! Easy to use and works so well!! I’ve already cleaned multiple rugs and our bedroom carpet and it looks so much better! It dries really quick on the quick clean mode. But the deep clean definitely does a better job. It’s light weight and easy to set up and take apart for cleaning. The solution it comes with are tiny bottles so make sure you purchase extra to use!.
