Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! We love our tub! It's comfortable, the jets are great, and sturdy. I wanted to specifically note that we installed a bi-fold glass partition door with the tub. On one of the sites this tub is listed, someone said that was impossible but we pressed ahead suspecting it wasn't the case. And as you can see in the picture, we were correct. It looks great!. It was not what I expected. The photos and information provided do not show that there is only one control, on or off. There are many different models and it is unclear which you are purchasing. I actually got paint chips to try to match the color, because as you know, there are many whites (the white of my tub is not the white of my toilet.
