The size and hinges are good but there was a chip out of the frame, rough edges and drippy primer. Square in the frame and easy to install. I really like the weight of this door; not too light. Needed some sanding and some black goo removed. Edges around the hinges are rough like could have used sharper cutting tools. Painting this door is odd in that the paint doesn't stick very well and will peel off easily on a 2nd coat if you need to remove small debris while you're painting.. Mary. Beavercreek, OR. I can only purchase this all wood door because wayfair does not offer any exterior loved doors for outside so I had to purchase this one for a water heater closet door. Interior door is 1 3/8 thick and the exterior door should be 1 3/4” thick for outside w/h closet. Way fair should offer door for exterior use but not so expensive so the customer does not have spend so much for outside door like an insignificant door like a water heater closet for outside. I did purchase an interior louvered door and it fit my price point for an outside w/h closet door to beautify my home and not those standard w/h doors that all look the same and these are also interior doors for when the w/h closet is inside the house not outside.
