This is a very soft area rug! I got a pad for underneath it but you probably wouldn’t need one. The cats LOVE it. It came rolled so I had to turn the corners under for a day but it flattened out pretty fast. Colors were pretty true to the online images. I’m happy with this purchase.. Jessica. PA. I was looking for a larger rug, that wasn't too plain or expensive. Colors were true to the pictures and it feels soft to walk on. I did vacuum it once we rolled it out because there was some shedding, but other than that it rolled out smooth and has been a nice rug to tie the room together.. Amelia. Sellersburg, IN.
