According to the specs, the grinder can process up to about 3 pounds of meat per minute, which is more than enough for us. What I liked most is how easy it is to get consistent results. The included plates let you choose different grind sizes, and the sausage attachment is a nice bonus if you want to try making your own sausages. Cleaning is also fairly manageable since the parts come apart easily.
