Delivery was very good, arrived early. The tub is unbelievable-21 inches high, lots of jets. It was installed 2 days ago. Waiting for the tub surround. I actually got paint chips to try to match the color, because as you know, there are many whites (the white of my tub is not the white of my toilet. It was not what I expected. The photos and information provided do not show that there is only one control, on or off. There are many different models and it is unclear which you are purchasing. I haven’t installed the tub yet, but I am very pleased with the look. The delivery by Osmel and Eloy was seamless. I was given a four hour time slot that they met, and messaged me before arrival. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use. Tub has a great look and the gel coat finish seem good. However the manufacturing quality control is extremely poor. Overall length was 60.25 instead of 60 causing fit problem in the alcove. Front face was not square and had to be adjusted by cutting tub structure boards underneath and reattaching. 6 leveling pads not sufficient to provide a solid feel when in tub as it sounding like it was going to crack.
