I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model. Tub has a great look and the gel coat finish seem good. However the manufacturing quality control is extremely poor. Overall length was 60.25 instead of 60 causing fit problem in the alcove. Front face was not square and had to be adjusted by cutting tub structure boards underneath and reattaching. 6 leveling pads not sufficient to provide a solid feel when in tub as it sounding like it was going to crack. We installed the first of 2 of these tubs about a month ago. The big issue is how much water you have to have to stop the lumbar jets from spraying into my hair and all over the wall. I feel like I have to be in the ready position and maneuver to get the jets turned on so we don’t have a huge mess. I don’t water the water so deep but I have no choice. I’m looking for a way to suppress those top jets and can’t find one. Also, I’m having a heck of a time finding a realistic detailed owners manual. Something that goes into detail with how to operate all the features. We also had the bottom air come on while the tub was not in use. I couldn't be happier with this wide Jacuzzi tub with arm rests. I moved after enjoying a Jacuzzi tub with no arm rests for 16 years. First thing I did in my new house was install this model. The extra width and arm rests are not only more comfortable, but when I injured my leg -- the arm rests enable me to lower myself into the tub.
