Got this beautiful black velvet electric recliner sofa and its absolutely amazing. It took some time to assemble each seat with its own motor but not difficult. Comes with a remote control to pull out all the 3 seats to make a bed or individual for reclining. What makes it smooth to make the bed or back to a sofa is it has wheels in the front for better control. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. I was pleased to see they did and also the mattress is more substantial at 8” thick versus many that are much thinner. The seating is firmer than many standard sofas, but that is to be expected when there is a mattress tucked into the sofa. Overall a good product. Delivery was fast, setup crew good. Quality fees solid, it’s pretty firm, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for how it will hold up over time. Material is nice - color matches. Only negative feedback would be the side of the chaise is missing a tuft… i see now that’s obvious from the product photos. The color is accurate but the couch is worthless. Cushions do not secure to the ottomans so they just fall off. The back of the couch is not very high and the cushions are uneven, so it just looks too low and uneven. On top of that, I ordered the product shown in the photos, but the one I received had a different orientation/design from what was advertised. Trying to return it has been another nightmare. I now have to disassemble everything after spending hours putting it together, and trying to fit all the parts back into the packaging is extremely difficult. For the price, this is a really nice couch! I took a bit of a risk ordering it since there weren’t many reviews, but overall I’m happy with It is smaller than I expected, but it works perfectly for my tiny space. For reference, I’m 5’3” and when I lay across it, I don’t reach from end to end. One thing to note is that the cushions in the listing photos look much fuller and thicker than the ones I received. Mine are definitely thinner, but the couch is still comfortable! I’d recommend adding or replacing the throw pillows to make it a little cozier.
