Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. Decent faucet. I was surprised that the hoses were the thin, flexible plastic versus braided stainless hoses—they’re perfectly adequate, was just surprised. As others have mentioned, it does spot easily, but it’s also got prominent polished features which invite water. If you go into buying any polished chrome fixture appreciating that this will happen, it’s all good. Keep a small towel or roll of paper towel under your sink and give a quick wipe after using to prevent water from drying. I installed myself—the directions were all pictures. It’s rather lightweight considering the size, so whether or not this is actually chrome or simply a “chrome like finish” is hard to say, but I do like it and the way it looks on my modern sink.
