I'm a tea and hot water drinker, and my husband let it slip that many places in the UK have a hot water tap on demand. Lo and behold, we can have that too... And now so! We absolutely love this dispenser. The champagne bronze is such a pretty colour, and the shape is modern without being weird. We also got the matching Delta Touch2O faucet (same colour, but worth noting the tint is just slightly different but barely noticeable). We replaced an old and unused filter water dispenser with this one (and installed a hot water tank underneath). It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! The soft top is an amazing foam cover that is not easily affected by the chemicals found in hot tubs. This soft top does not absorb water unlike most foam covers on the market. The foam cover is 1/4" thick and comes in a roll which you can trim to custom-fit the shape of your spa. The floating cover floats on top of the spa water to retain heat and condensation. To obtain the utmost in energy efficiency, use the soft top with a rigid, hardcover; the dead air space that forms between the two covers provides excellent protection against heat loss. Compared to commonly used solar blanket material, the soft top insulate far better and will last much longer.

Looks and works fine overall. I don’t like that the actual pump part doesn’t screw in or fasten, just kind of sits down in the bottle of soap which makes it feel a bit flimsy and wobbly.
