A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. WOW!!! What a deal! Front venting, under the countertop DUAL kegerator that dispenses fresh and ice cold beer! What a lovely and inexpensive setup! Don't hesitate at all to choose this brand. I was torn on which kegerator to go for, I knew I needed a front venting one to put underneath granite countertops and this Kegco one did not disappoint at all. You'll have to cut a small circular hole on top of your countertop so you can mount the tower and attach the lines but it was easy to do. I swapped out the faucets for Perlick ones so that I can control the flow that dispenses out but honestly the faucets that come with the kegerator are great too. Everything is included to get yourself set up. Just fill the CO2 tank up at a welding shop or a beer brewing store, get your kegs from a liquor store and you're good to go. Make sure you wait 24 hours before you plug the kegerator in, then plug her in and also wait until your kegs are fully cold before pouring a beer so you're not left with all foam in your glass. Very quiet kegerator! My wine cooler fridge is much louder than this. I also recommend having a dedicated outlet just for the kegerator. You can fit 2 sixth kegs inside plus the CO2 tank or 1 full size keg and the CO2 tank. Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
