I had concerns about buying an assemble-it-yourself sofa, but after the furniture store sofa I ordered didnt fit through my dumb, narrow, 100-year-old doors, I warmed up to the idea. No complaints so far. Comfortable, sturdy, easy to assemble, and good quality materials. Not sure Id mistake the material for real leather, but it has a good feel to it and its easy to maintain.
