It captures 99.97% of airborne particles – including pet dander, hair, pollen, and smoke – while the washable pre‑filter traps larger fur and dust, extending filter life. The upgraded activated carbon layer effectively removes cooking and pet odors, keeping your home fresh. A real‑time PM2.5 sensor monitors air quality and automatically adjusts fan speed; colored indicators let you see pollution levels at a glance. Dual‑sided air inlets speed up purification for even coverage up to 3,000 sq ft. In sleep mode, noise drops below 22dB – ideal for nurseries or elderly family members who need undisturbed rest. The child lock prevents accidental setting changes, and the built‑in aromatherapy pad lets you add essential oils for a calming environment. Wonderful, simple ease of operation, & effective cleaning, with deceptively large drum & depth for great load size. Worried for years at new digital machines due to past experiences with locking lids, poor fill depths, & pre-mature drains with lid open while gathering missed items… But, turns out that’s mostly my fault LOL. This one still does it, but have everything ready to go (cancels premature drain, & irritation at locked lid once washing begins). Fill depth is based on load type, if you require full water fill depths… select Heavy Duty for large loads… other weight sensitive pre-sets are great.. Cecilia. Fri Sep 04 2026

Samsung's 4.0 cu. ft. Large Capacity Electric Dryer is equipped with our AI Smart Dial, which learns and recommends your favorite cycles* and simplifies the control panel to make controlling your dryer a breeze. It is also Wi-Fi connected, so you can get end of cycle alerts, remotely start, schedule and more from your smartphone with the SmartThings App

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We searched for a replacement for our second-floor laundry all-in-one unit, enter Samsung. We went through a conversion to accommodate the electric dryer, and it was definitely worth it. To start, the size is wonderful. I never thought we'd have space in the closet. These units allow for that. We ordered the stacking kit and once stacked, we have room to add a shelf above the dryer. The washer holds 2.5-3 loads of clothes and is highly efficient. We've used every cycle programmed into the washer every one cleans the loads extremely well. You can connect the unit to the Samsung SmartThings App and customize loads if needed. The pre-programmed loads meet all of our needs. I would give it a 5/5, but the only downside is the drying time. Full disclosure, this may be because I'm used to a gas dryer. That said, a load of towels is taking two cycles to dry, and regular clothes take 1.5x's the selected cycle. Otherwise, I'm extremely pleased.. Righteousjules. Fri Apr 17 2026
