This is the first bidet I've ever used. It was pretty easy to install, toilets are never really fun. I usually have problems with toilets clogging on me, but I have yet to encounter that issue with this toilet. The only minor issues I've noticed are the following: After I use the wash function, then hit the air dryer button, it flushes the toilet, and while it's flushing and refilling the bowl, it can splash you while it's drying. I have been just patting dry with toilet paper instead of using the air dryer, as I don't feel like sitting there forever waiting to dry. I also wish you could adjust the auto lid function. We have a small bathroom, so it triggers a lot. I feel like this toilet was well worth the money, I think I paid around $600 for it. So far so good. Washing great, no noise no “walking” around. It was leveled to the floor with legs screwed all the way to the fame. No bouncing around as its spins. Can’t hear the washer from 10 feet away even if I want to. Large capacity big enough for family of 4. Drum is so big that bought a grabber for laundry items placed on the bottom. You can decide how much water to use to have your laundry done the way you want to not the government. Normal cycle run ~50 minutes. Easy to use with 3 knobs. Find a way to do pre-soaking of laundry with Lysol germs & Covid 19 killer with quick rinse & spin function (wish it was there “pre-soak”) Just load the laundry in, put some Lysol disinfectant directly to the drum on the top of a load & let the machine feel with water, once it’s full just press the pause button & hold on for 20 minutes. Needs 15+ minutes to disinfect. Then press the start button again & let the machine finish it (rinse & drain) After this you can select your regular wash cycle to wash these items. Basket is solid unpainted stainless steel so nothing to peel off. The agitator is dual function with softener cup on the top of it. Not advisable to use softener instead using Lysol disinfectant is better, more practical & healthier. There is separate spot for bleach in the lower left corner of the machine. That’s about it. Hope this helps. With light laundries this machine will last probably 20+ years if treated & cared for right. How to level the machine? Easy, only the front 2 legs need to be adjusted to your needs (best to screw them all the way to the frame) & the back legs will adjust & lock automatically after the machine is tilted forward 4-6” & lowered back to the floor. Absolutely love the dryer! While I didn’t get the matching washer because I had one that already worked well. This dryer is not loud, doesn’t shake or rattle, has so many drying settings, and the glass door on the front I get so many compliments on! I also wired it myself and did the complete duct vent work from scratch as the apartment I moved into was newly renovated, it was my first time doing both and was a breeze!. Xfw91. New York. Been 2 days now since our washer was delivered, have done 3 loads, must say we like what we see, so much quieter than our last one, ease of learning new controls was very easy, went from a 3.7 cu to 4.5 cu, notice a difference in size of loads we can do, agitator works better and clothes look cleaner, virtually no heavy vibrations like our old one, you could hear it upstairs running, not this one, very quiet..
