I installed at my garage , what a difference in brightness, garage now got more light per square feet than ever before. Excellent product and for sure more economical than the other ones. After moving into our new home, we quickly discovered just how hard the water was. It was such a noticeable difference that we were actually driving back to our previous house just to shower while we researched a solution. Installing this water softener completely changed that. We've now been using it for well over a year, and I honestly can't imagine living without it. Our water feels much softer, soap lathers better, and our skin and hair no longer feel dry after showering. We've also noticed fewer hard water spots on our fixtures and dishes, and it's reassuring to know our plumbing and appliances are better protected from mineral buildup over time. The system has been dependable, easy to maintain, and has required very little attention beyond keeping the salt topped off. Once it's set up, it simply does its job in the background. If you live in an area with hard water, I highly recommend investing in a quality water softener. Bulbs are well packed to prevent breakage. Each bulb is in an individual box in the 4-pack. Only reason I knocked off one star is that one bulb in the 4-pack didn't work. It can happen with any product, so no big deal, but it wasn't easy getting a replacement bulb. I ended up ordering a second 4-pack, making sure I had 4 bulbs that worked, then returning the second 4-pack with the bad bulb. Once I got all 4 bulbs working, they're really bright and very nice. this item was purchased for a new install. Meaning there was no other disposal it was replacing. It was super easy and is so amazingly quiet, which is awesome due to the open style floor plan.
