Update! We loved the couch at first. Had it for one month and my daughter sat on it heard a pop and discovered the leg like this! It was 5 DAYS after the 30 day return period. Comfortable. Takes a little time to get used to. The massage feature is nice, although it doesn't have the heating seat option which I would have preferred.
