I ordered this 3 piece set. The original shipment only had the 18” planter. I spoke with customer service and was told they would ship me the other 2 planters. The second shipment included only the 18” planter. I again spoke with customer service, had to return the second 18” planter ( had to drive to FedEx to do so), and was told they would have their shipping department make sure that we were getting the 2 missing planters and it was going out asap. Now I have a much different view of ASAP than Wayfair does, but regardless I get the THIRD shipment today, and guess what arrives? A THIRD 18” PLANTER!!!!
