I love my new couch! I got the Herring cove aqua fabric. I like this fabric because it has olefin in it so it will not wear easily. It is a very firm sofa but I like that. The couch is beautiful (at first). I think it’s best for staging and not personal use in a home, especially with kids as it piles and bunches. Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! A very nice sofa for a good price. I did a lot of shopping both online and in person. I bought the 84" although the 96" would have fit. I wanted to be sure to have room on either side for possible side tables. The sofa seems comfortable but I've only sat on it for a total of 20 seconds.
