Update: Fully installed and working great. Simple, not super fancy tankless toilet. Solid material and sleek design. I appreciate all the different features that come with this toilet (warm wash, dryer, soft close, etc.). Hiring a professional plumber to install. The replacement item was damaged and I declined the delivery when FedEx attempted to delivered the item. The next day On July 27th, 2025 I found the same item was delivered in front of my doorstep. I have a not good experience with this particular purchase. I would like a refund and asked that WayFair have a section area to check off for broken item for the replacement.
