shipping/delivery was very prompt. the cutting board appears to be what I wanted. ONLY (probably minor) issue is the nesting portion of the board does not really "nest" (flush) into the tray/crumb catching portion. I did not notice this in the photo when I ordered it. I do not know whether/not this will be significant (operationally): one might assume a cutting portion that isn't nestled in, might have a slight "topple" effect - so when a sharp bread knife is involved... well ...
