The concealed sliding door is a wall-mount sliding system for wood doors. This special concealed hardware and sliding track create the illusion that the door is floating. I am excited about the clean lines and fitted appearance this door provides! Previously had a barn door & track on this door opening and this new door fits much closer to the actual door opening. Plus, the entire rolling mechanism is concealed inside of the track which is recessed inside the back of the door. This also means that it fits much closer to the wall, giving it a cleaner appearance. As you can see from photos, we did remove some wood trim so the door could fit tight to the wall. So there are wall repairs in my future, but I am ok with that. Also still need to install the GORGEOUS long black metal handle provided with door, but I am waiting to paint first. The door comes with a painted flat white finish. I am painting walls & door the same color, so it will really blend into the background.
