I've had the spa now for several weeks. Here's my impressions. The spa was easy to inflate and didn't have wrinkles in the floor like so many others do. The quality of the floor and walls was much nicer than the spa it replaced. The control unit is quiet and runs perfectly. I especially like the inflatable cover which greatly exceeds the flimsy cloth covers of the past. As you can tell from my review, I bought this model to replace another model from another supplier (not Wayfair) whose control unit failed after only one season of use. The hot tub was better than I expected especially the powerful jets. I was really surprised. It’s very well built. It was easy to blow up and use the controller. The nice thing is you can get the app and use your phone. That’s a great feature. This pool ladder is designed for above ground pools with 52in wall height. It comes with easily removable steps. The steps can be quickly detached and removed from the pool area when the pool is not in use. To replace the steps, simply set them in the base, then snap and lock them into place.

The ladder came in a box and was in perfect condition and packaged well. I only needed a screw driver to assemble it. I was able to do it myself in about 30 min. I do want to add that the instructions have both the 53 in and 48 in pool ladders. The 48 in will only have 3 steps on each side of ladder. I was struggling with this part until I looked back and realized it was only 3 steps. This ladder is very stable and is easy to remove and place the steps going into ladder. Works as well as youd expect from an inflatable. My water is really hard here so I have to descal the chlorine saltwater do-dad often. Needs to be reinflataed almost daily. At first I was skeptical about the hot tub. I had read reviews and watched YouTube videos. When it arrived the set up was simple. Its easier to watch a YouTube video than follow the instructions. Blow up time was literally less than 10 minutes. It hasnt deflated by it self which I read and the water holds temperature well. I highly recommend getting the insurance. I had to get a new unit because mine had an error code about the the unit. They looked up my info and I sent the receipt as request and I had a new motor within a week. Best Spa purchase I've made !!! I live in Quebec Canada and I have had the Intex inflatable six person Spa since August. it is February now, our Spa is set to the max 40°C, whereas the outside temperature is currently MINUS 25°C !! It has even withstood Minus 40°C with the windchill. We use our Spa everyday and it is running flawlessly !!! My previous "Hardshell" spa did not withstand the cold winters here ; as the pipes inevitably froze and burst!
