Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. 3rd one of these in 3 years. The last one was purchased in June of this year and stopped holding air. Wayfair refunded my money and I reordered. It's a nice hot tub. I really do like it. The 1st one lasted 3 years so got my money's worth out of it as I use it nightly from May thru Oct but the one ordered in June was a defective one. This is a great pool, we had 4 adults on floaties relaxing all summer. Once you figure out the pump and ALWAYS clean the filter it works. It takes some fiddling. Turn off, LIFT filter mechanism up, it has to be up or the water will flow out, take off lid and keep filter up on a bucket or step, clean filter, put back in and then turn on.................its took a few tries and google but for the price, you have a filtered pool.
