They sent us another one and arranged for the first one to be picked up from our home. The damage was to the support rings underneath, shown in one of the photos above. I’ve had this bathtub for over a year now and have used it once a week since it was installed. It is very comfortable and the water stays warm for a long time. It’s easy to clean and though it does creak a bit when I’m moving around in it, it’s acrylic so that’s to be expected. The edge around the top underneath where it rests on the bottom piece is rough, that’s my only complaint. I’d prefer a smooth edge. i have to admit i had no idea what to expect. Truly i just thought these would be some cheap light weight metal brackets. they were delivered very quickly. I went to pick up the box off the patio... again, thinking these were probably some cheap light weight metal brackets, but the box was heavy! quite heavy. I brought them in and pulled them out of the box and was very surprised and pleased at the weight and quality of these brackets. We had spent a lot of money on a large under mount hand hammered copper metal sink and i was concerned about the weight of the sink being carried by just the cabinet. i found these online and took a shot at them. very stout piece of metal and nice construction. I am 100% convinced that the sink is never going to move with these underneath it. Highly recommend this product should you ever find yourself in the need for support!. Dale. New Mexico.
