This is a terrific little system! I am a tea drinker and my husband let it slip that the UK has hot water on demand in many places... I asked if we could and lo and behold! Installation was easy*, although we didn't use the supplied filter as we have it going through a filter system already. The temperature isn't exact, so we did have to mess with the dial a little. It doesn't take up room underneath the cabinet either. *There's a crimp piece required. The metal one didn't fit properly, and they provided a plastic one also which worked, but barely.. Love it! One of my favorite things in my new house!! I use it daily for my matcha, my hot tea and can use the hot water to soak very dirty potspans. Also great to remove price tags or sticky anything on dishes or whatever. One thing to note, I usually have it at a medium high temperature, but when I turn it higher when I need very hot water, I guess the water fills the tank and the water automatically comes spitting out of the faucet, which isn’t a big deal but can be a safety issue. If you have kids you need to make sure they’re not around the sink because the water does start spouting out from the faucet and it’s very hot.
