Some back story.. we needed this for a customer asap(within two days). We were on a tight schedule and was having a hard time locating this due to the supply shortage from Kohler and other bix box stores.. Wayfair came through and saved us! The lavatory sink legs provide support to your wall-mounted console sink and are manufactured for use with vitreous china, steel, or cast-iron lavatories. Constructed of metal, these hexagonal-shaped legs are perfect for new installations, replacement or to provide added support to a loose sink. The legs can also be cut to shorter lengths if desired. All parts are designed with quality engineering and construction to be durable and reliable to meet the highest quality standards.

The lavatory legs are high-quality, but did not adjust to the height that was mentioned in their description. The description said that the legs would adjust to 32 3/4", but they would only properly adjust to the sink bottom being only a maximum of 30 1/2" from the floor. The sink that I used them on, was 31" from the floor, so the escutcheon needed to go farther than the chromed legs until it was only covering the top adapter. The sink is gorgeous but it took 3 times before they packed it well enough for it to get to me in one piece. It came broken twice (they were good about re-sending a new one quickly). This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT.
