The overall quality of the range has been excellent so far. We get compliments about it from all our guests and it really is a statement piece in the center of our kitchen. The only grip I have is that the burners do not turn down enough and the wok burner makes a strange humming sound at any level above 5 when any pan is placed above it. We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close! I searched for literally hours for a range hood that had a CFM higher than 800, was 36" but didn't have the touch screen controls. I finally came across this range hood option since it was very decently priced. Overall, we are very happy with it especially considering what it costs. Range hoods can get quite speedy. My favorite thing about it is the real buttons! They are placed in a great spot and are super easy to turn off and on. The lights also work wonderfully. It works good getting the smells out. I would say the only con is it is a bit loud, even on the lowest fan but even with that, I would still really recommend this hood. Many viewers complained about the grates coming in a white color and not stainless steel as advertised - please note, they aren't white.
