I wish I could share a picture but I just love the Crystal Bay shower system! It is exactly what I wanted with a champayne bronze and different shower heads and wide open rain shower! Not so easy to install and as mentioned a part was defective. Wayfair came through beautifully! Wayfair’s customer service is fantastic but not the manufacturer. This rough valve by Hansgrohe is expertly designed to fit the Axor Starck Rough-in Valve for Starck Shower Column. This valve is required for installation and will not work on any product except the Starck Shower Column.
