I received this lovely, plush robe today, so this review is limited to my initial impressions. I loved the design from the moment I reviewed this item but hesitiated before I purchased, based on some of the more negatives reviews. Even so, I always make my own decision upon futher reflection, knowing that there are always those who are unrealistic, love to nit pick or didn't read carefully as to the details. The person who complained there was only one loop was foolish not to reach out to Wayfair and/or the manufacturer right away as this was undoubtedly a mistake that can happen with any product produced according to modern practices.
