Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. I was hesitant on ordering this through wayfair for a few reasons, due to its my first spa, the amount of money and I would have to hire my own mover to its location. If you deal with a store they take care of everything for the most part. After my research for about a year I decided this particular Insight spa was the better option (price point, quality, warranty, jets features etc.) and I was not disappointed. I do want to mention it says 7 people yes the seating is available but I feel it can comfortably fit 4 adults but that's my opinion and that is way ok for my needs. My delivery went well slight delay but no damage, the tub was packaged really well. I did call Strong Spa customer service, did not wait long on the phone to find where the control was for the water feature and the agent sent me a photo and was very helpful. I truly love this spa it has everything I need and felt I made a good decision despite being a tad fearful. I did buy a thermo type cover to place over the spa cover for the winter because I live in Northern Indiana to help keep heater pump from kicking on as much. I hope this spa will last me quite awhile. Over all given my experience with wayfair customer service and Strong Spa customer service along with some things I had to coordinate for myself without the help of a local store I would do it again for sure..
