This is our second Hot Tub, the delivery was fast and as expected. The AquaRest DayDream 3500 set up was quick, we purchased the version with the steps and cover caddy which are both welcome additions and really make the hot tub stand out. We selected the Arctic White with black and it’s even more impressive when you see it. We completed the set up quickly, installed the caddy that took a few minutes to set up but went together smoothly, you will need a drill gun to assist. It lifts easy and is a real positive add on, verses lifting the cover off each time. The tub heated in about 15 hours running on 110 plug in. Update Wayfair owed upto the delay and refunded us partially for the extra money we had to pay to the installers due to last minute cancellation. Additionally, we heard back from Strong Spas senior management and they are sending a technician to evaluate the spa and fix anything that needs to be done. We were initially worried about whether manufacturer is reliable but so far, they have been communicating with us promptly. Increasing rating to 4 stars and will further update once it’s up and running and we can use it. Initial Review The bottom of the spa has punctured holes which have been created somewhere in the shipping process. Wayfair was kind to connect with the manufacturer but now waiting for a fix. Prior to this, delivery was delayed because the item was too heavy. Item was finally delivered but with a Punctured base that would cause a rodent or insect issue later.
