Simple but pretty headboard for our spare bedroom. Great quality. Susan. Hazel Green, AL. Tue Sep 08 2026

Update your bedroom with this platform bed frame and all its traditional charm – plus, some modern practicality. It's crafted from steel in a classic silhouette and comes with wooden slats that eliminate the need for a box spring. The design features an elegant slatted headboard showcasing vintage-inspired turns details and a softly arching top, paired with a matching footboard to complete the look. What's more, the 10" under-bed clearance means there's also plenty of room for a couple storage bins.

I did a lot of research regarding the weight capacity of metal beds. We have a king size black beauty rest mattress that works best with box springs so the total mattress weight has to be around 200lbs. My husband and I combined are just under 400 lbs. so I wanted a minimum of 700 lbs to more than cover. Also my husband is 6’2” and I was concerned about his feet getting caught in the footboard. We tested it without the box springs because the bed doesn’t require those. He didn’t have any issues but we ended up adding the box springs anyway. Now the bed with the springs goes higher than the footboard. The mattress height alone is 14 inches and box springs add about 4 inches. The bed frame is heavy at just under 103 pounds so that was important. I didn’t want a lightweight frame. The decor on the head and footboard is beautiful, gives an antique vibe like the bed my grandmother had but no squeaking. We have slept on this for just under a week and there is no sound. We were able to put this together is about twenty minutes. The instructions are clear with numbers for connecting pieces that slid into place easily. We did use the rubber mallet included to secure each piece. Love the bed, very happy with the sturdiness and look.. Linda. Kansas City, MO. Fri Sep 11 2026

This standard bed features spindle detailing and mold-casted accents to bring vintage-inspired character directly to your space. It's built with a metal frame and steel tubing, showcasing a slatted headboard and matching footboard for a tailored profile. Me encantó muy resistente y duradera. Perla. US. Mon Aug 17 2026

The bed is traditional with a modern twist. The simple spindles feature adding a simple style to this traditional frame. The footboard is subtly bowed adding movement to the simple frame. The frame features a classic antique finish, the perfect complement to any room. Box spring and mattress required; not included.

For the price the look is very good. Strangely, the headboard and footboard do not touch the floor, only the attached mattress frame. It appears the bed frame is floating. Edit—this was an assembly error on our part. It has now been corrected!. Maren. Lookout Mountain, GA. Sat Apr 25 2026

Me and my husband put the bed together and we got it done in about an hour. This metal bed frame was what I expected. Feels super sturdy and will not fall apart, which is what I was looking for. However, the straps were too short so I was not able to secure the final beam. Hopefully, this does not have a long term effect on the bed. Feels comfortable so far. The metal is not super noticeable and does not affect the look of the bed. D. Chicago. Tue Oct 13 2026
