This fan is beautiful. The prettiest fan I have bought in years. It even had extra longer blades than the average ceiling fan. The reason I gave it a four star and not five is because of fan speed. I was really excited it had six speeds. Unfortunately having it on the highest speed, six, it only feels like a two on a three speed ceiling fan. Got this product through a Municipal program. (H2O Water Sense Dual Flush) In less than 12 months the flush mechanism stopped working properly twice. Can't find info to troubleshoot the problem and can't find any info on repair parts. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
